The Sleep Complex – Enjoy restful quality sleep
This complex is for occasional insomnia. It can also enhance the quality of
your sleep due to the combined effects of two buds; the Linden tree, with its
calming properties, and Fig which improves the oneiric function (dream
state). In addition, it has a calming effect on the nervous system as a whole.
It is also recommended for use in children.
Dietary components:
Linden Tree – Tilia Tomentosa (buds): a sedative and induces restful sleep
that helps alleviate daily stress. It also lowers cortisol levels while increasing
that of serotonin. Moreover, it works on the benzodiazepine receptors.
Fig – Ficus Carica (buds): for the difficulty to fall asleep.
California Poppy – Eschscholzia Californica (buds): to prevent interrupted
sleep.
Suggested Adult Dosage: 30-75 drops dissolved into ¼ glass of high
quality water preferably with a pH of 9.0, or directly into the mouth and held
there for enough time to take three deep breaths and then let it dissipate to
be sublingually absorbed. This should be taken ½ hour before bedtime. For
interrupted sleep, 30 drops can be taken each time upon waking up. For
children, 1/3 of the adult dosage is recommended. |
